Considering time constraints, our focus was directed towards enhancing the homepage/dashboard interface, which serves as the primary hub for users to access all key features offered by The Dinner Daily.
This improvement initiative entailed a comprehensive UX process, incorporating insights into users' cognitive pathways to develop a dashboard characterized by clarity, seamless communication of services, and intuitive calls-to-action.

Given the project's time constraints (4 weeks), we conducted thorough competitor analysis and engaged in in-depth discussions with the stakeholder, mainly the CEO. Our objective was to develop a dashboard design that delivers weekly meal plans and shopping list generation, featuring a clean and aesthetically pleasing interface.

After looking through online forums and reviews, we selected competitors with dashboards that address similar challenges. Yummly (Thea) and Mealime (Sae) were chosen based on their alignment with the goals outlined while Emeal (Gabby) was a suggestion from the CEO of The Dinner Daily.

During the project, there was a lack of efficient coordination among team members, leading to oversight in naming the task bar as we worked separately.
However, the client expressed satisfaction with our final design and intends to proceed with its implementation. We successfully delivered the project on time with no major issues over the course of four weeks. Moving forward, there is room for improvement in terms of teamwork and coordination within the team.
